Taking your electronic documents, we analyze the volume of the material and determine the percentage of repetitive text. The analysis allows us to provide you with an actual cost assessment. We never give "estimates." Your project cost is determined in advance, and the analysis is FREE.

Simply authorize the project and set a deadline for completion. This date will be our target, although we often deliver fully translated documents ahead of schedule.

OCE Translations' Dispatching Center assigns a translator or team of translators, as well as proofreaders, editors, etc. to your project. As many translators as necessary are selected based on their distinct technical area of expertise, for example bio-tech, law, engineering, etc.

This team works on your documents with the assistance of translation memory tools; They translate, proofread, edit, and re-format the documents according to your specifications. Once completed, they send all documents back to the Dispatching Center for final approval and inspection.

When the documents are finished, our Customer Service Center delivers the translated material, correctly formatted to your specific needs. The Customer Service Center also handles all client communications through the follow-up stage.
