Step 1: Schedule a conference call

Call us toll-free and we will schedule a teleconference at your convenience. What we will need is the date and the time you whish to make the call, your name and number as well as your foreign contact's name and number. We can usually schedule your conference call within 24 hours or less.

Step 2: Wait for our call

At the scheduled time, we will give you a call and connect you with the translator and your foreign language contact.

Step 3: Talk

Now you can talk with your contact while our interpreter simultaneously interprets between both of you. You need no special equipment, just a regular phone.

 

Our pricing is straightforward and simple:

• USD 1.85-USD 2.25 per minute (depending on language and destination)
• USD 10 connection fee (per phone call)

This includes all long distance phone charges (including all connections between you, our dispatching center, the interpreter and your foreign language contact).

There is no setup-fee and no monthly minimum.

At the end of each month you will receive an invoice listing date and time of all your calls, as well as length and total cost.
